In theory:
The thesis provides domestic and foreign studies on anxiety disorders, understanding the main concepts and characteristics of anxiety disorders related to the COVID-19 pandemic. The COVID-19 pandemic not only causes loss of human life, but also brings about impacts that do not discriminate against gender, age, occupation, etc. Anyone can suffer disruptions in living habits, education, entertainment, as well as worries about income and family health. This is an issue that many people feel scared, angry and worried about their own future. Anxiety disorders related to the COVID-19 pandemic may have pre-existing anxiety symptoms, and factors related to the pandemic are triggers that increase the client's problems.
The study has systematized the explanations of anxiety disorders from the therapeutic perspective of cognitive-behavioral therapy that has been studied and proven effective for individuals with anxiety disorders, especially anxiety disorders related to the COVID-19 pandemic. The methods used in the study have also been clearly explained, serving the purpose of clinical case therapy.
In practice:
The student provided psychological intervention for a case of anxiety disorder related to the COVID-19 pandemic based on cognitive-behavioral therapy. The results showed that the client responded well to the therapy, and the physical and mental symptoms were relieved.

From the results obtained in the process of theoretical and practical research, the thesis presented an overview of a clinical case with symptoms of anxiety disorder related to the COVID-19 pandemic. The study contributed to demonstrating the effectiveness of psychological intervention in general and cognitive-behavioral therapy in particular for individuals with symptoms of anxiety disorder related to the COVID-19 pandemic; thereby affirming the feasibility of psychological intervention for cases of anxiety disorders in general and anxiety disorders related to the COVID-19 pandemic in particular.
