10. Summary of the thesis results:
The first chapter of this thesis focuses on systematizing some theoretical issues regarding tourism products and distinctive tourism products, the role of distinctive tourism products in tourism activities, and the principles and processes of developing distinctive tourism products. Through this, it affirms that researching and developing distinctive tourism products at a destination is important and necessary to satisfy the needs of tourists. Through field surveys/research, data collection and synthesis, and expert interviews, Chapter 2 of this thesis delves into assessing the current state of tourism potential and tourism activities in Mong Cai City. It focuses on evaluating the current state of development and exploitation of tourism products in Mong Cai City during the period 2017-2021, highlighting the advantages and disadvantages in developing local tourism products, and proposing solutions to effectively utilize existing tourism products, enhance investment attraction, and guide the development of unique tourism products in Mong Cai City in the future. Based on this, Chapter 3 of the thesis also outlines some directions, perspectives, and proposals for developing several unique tourism products in Mong Cai City, as well as the city's tourism development goals for the future. At the same time, the proposal aims to contribute to promoting the development of the local tourism industry in proportion to its potential and strengths as a "borderland, coastal, and riverside" area.
From the research findings, it is clear that developing and building distinctive tourism products requires leveraging the unique tourism resources of the destination, alongside investment in technical infrastructure, services, attractions, tourism promotion and marketing, and human resource development. The development of tourism products needs to be prioritized as a tourism development strategy to improve the quality of the destination and create competitiveness in attracting domestic and international tourists. Furthermore, it is necessary to enhance the effectiveness of state management in tourism activities, strengthen tourism product development planning, attract investment, and promote linkages in tourism product development to create tourism products that reflect the unique local culture.
11. Practical Application: This thesis has analyzed the conditions for developing distinctive tourism products in Mong Cai city and explored the current state of tourism activities there. The research results can help managers and tourism businesses in Quang Ninh province to formulate policies and measures to develop distinctive tourism products for Mong Cai city.

11. Summary of the findings of the thesis:
The first chapter of the thesis focuses on systematizing several theoretical issues on tourism products and typical tourism products, the role of typical tourism products in tourism activities, and principles and processes for developing standard tourism products. Thereby, it is affirmed that the research on developing typical tourism products in a destination is essential to satisfy the needs of tourists. By the method of actual survey/field research, collecting and synthesizing documents, and interviewing experts, the content in chapter 2 focuses depth on assessing the status of tourism potential and tourism activities of Mong Cai city, focusing on evaluating the current situation of construction and exploitation of tourism products of Mong Cai city in the period of 2017 - 2021, raising advantages and disadvantages in exploiting and developing typical tourism products in the locality and raising issues to be solved to effectively use existing tourism products and push for investment and orientation to build typical tourism products of Mong Cai city in the future. In chapter 3, the thesis also mentions some directions, viewpoints, and proposals to develop typical tourism products of Mong Cai city, to develop city tourism in the future. At the same time, the proposal aims to promote the local tourism industry to create commensurate with the potentials and strengths of "borderline, coastal and riverside.”
From the above-proposed studies, developing and building typical tourism products must be associated with attach specific tourism resources of the destination, besides the investment in technical infrastructure, services, attractions, tourism promotion, and human resource development. The development of tourism products should be focused on as a strategy of tourism development to improve the quality of destinations and create competitiveness in tourism in attracting domestic and international tourist markets. In addition, it is necessary to improve the efficiency of government management in tourism activities, step up the planning for developing tourism products, attract investment and link tourism product development to create tourism products with local cultural characteristics.
