Through the research topic: Comparative study of the motif of people in animal form in some Vietnamese and Japanese folk tales, the thesis has achieved the following results:
- Deeply research the motif of the disguised person in two treasures of Vietnamese and Japanese fairy tales. From that perspective, we can learn and compare the cultural features of the two nations.
- The thesis aims to study and analyze fairy tales, especially fairy tales with the motif of people disguised as animals in the folk tale treasury of both countries, pointing out the similarities and differences of this motif in both treasures of stories.
- In addition, the thesis also points out the contributions of fairy tales in general and fairy tales of people in animal disguise in particular in reflecting real society as well as expressing people's dreams and desires for a prosperous and happy life.
- Expressing love for one's passion is studying folklore in general.
