10. Summary of thesis results:

Livestock plays an important role in the agricultural sector of Vietnam and Ha Tinh province; it has gradually developed according to the market economy, focusing on industry and high technology, creating a structural shift in the agricultural economy.

However, the livestock industry has not yet developed commensurate with the province's potential and advantages; productivity and product quality are still low, and a reputable brand has not yet been created to compete in the market. In addition, livestock production is still small-scale and backward; diseases and environmental pollution still occur, affecting the sustainable development of the industry.

The proposed solution is to apply clean technology to treat livestock waste to minimize environmental pollution. However, the characteristics of livestock farming models in Ha Tinh are family farms, with limited capital and knowledge of science and technology.

The author's research topic will contribute to providing financial support policies for livestock farms using concentrated and linked livestock farming models to be able to apply new technologies to minimize environmental pollution and at the same time can be used as reference documents in studies on technological innovation policies as well as financial policies.

11. Practical applicability: The research results of the thesis will be the basis for leaders at all levels to refer to in the process of planning financial policies for agriculture, developing agriculture in a sustainable direction. At the same time, the thesis is also useful for livestock farms and businesses operating in the agricultural sector to choose to innovate waste treatment technology in their units towards the goal of environmental protection.

The breeding is an important part in Vietnam agriculture and Hatinh province. It has developed following the trend of economic market, industrial concentration, high technology agriculture, making economic restructuring in agriculture.

However, the progress of animal husbandry isn't adequate to Hatinh's potential. Productivity and quality of products are not high, have no credible trademark to compete in the market. Besides that, scale of breeding is small, backward; the epidemic diseases and environmental pollution have influentd to develop sustainable agriculture.

The solution has been exposed is using clean technology in livestock waste treatment to reduce environmental pollution. But most of farms are familial, the fund is limited and the knowledge of farmers about science and technology is restrictive.

My thesis has proposed the policy to support finance for farm by connected form. By this, it's possible to use new technology to control pollution. This thesis is also consulted by other reaserches in making policy.

12. Practical applicability, if any: The result of thesis will be foundation for leaders to consult in making financial policy for agriculture. And it's useful for breeding farms and agricultural companies in choosing congruous technology to protect environment.
