10. Summary of the thesis results:

The thesis results show that a significant percentage of students experience school anxiety (33.3% have higher-than-normal anxiety). One of the most influential factors contributing to students' anxiety is academic pressure. Students in their final year of middle school have a higher anxiety rate compared to other grade levels. Regular daily communication between parents and children can reduce anxiety levels. Additionally, students who enjoy gaming tend to have a higher rate of school anxiety compared to those with other hobbies. While most middle school students cope with anxiety positively, those with high anxiety levels often respond negatively.

11. Practical applications:The research findings of this thesis can serve as a useful reference for leaders in the two study areas to consult, advise, and develop effective programs to help students cope with anxiety.

12. Future research directions:If possible, further research and experimental studies should be conducted to verify the effectiveness of some methods aimed at reducing school anxiety in high school students.

10. Summary of the thesis results:

The thesis the situation and signs of anxiety among secondary school students, and their methods for scoping with anxiety. The findings from this thesis may be used to investigate potential strategies for the prevention and intervention of anxiety among secondary school students.

11.Practical applications:

Findings from this study show that the percentage of secondary school students suffering from school anxiety is high (the anxiety level was higher than normal level among 33% of the study population). One of the factors associated with anxiety is studying pressure. The anxiety level was higher among secondary school students in the final grade compared to other grades. Daily communication between students and their parents may reduce anxiety. In addition, the association between playing games frequently and anxiety was more pronounced compared to other hobbies. The majority of secondary school students had positive reaction to anxiety; however, the reaction was more negative among students who had high anxiety.
