Chapter 1: In this chapter, the author presents and introduces key concepts related to the topic, theories applied in the research, research methods used in the topic, and an overview of the survey area where the research was conducted.

Chapter 2: In chapter 2, the author presents the current status of access to basic social services of migrant worker households in Phuc Xa ward. First, the author describes an overview of the socio-demographic characteristics, characteristics of migration origin, and employment characteristics of migrant households. Next, the author delves into the presentation of 5 main contents of basic social services: housing, clean water and environmental sanitation, electricity, education and health care.
