10. Summary of the thesis results:
Mental health is a crucial component of the overall health of young people, forming the foundation for well-being and effective functioning for both individuals and the community. Therefore, adolescent development is a top priority in Vietnam and many other countries worldwide – this generation will determine the future and destiny of the nation. In Vietnam, adolescents aged 16-19 account for 24% of the population by age group (according to the General Statistics Office, 2014). Understanding the basic characteristics related to social life, attitudes, aspirations, and challenges in the development of this population group is extremely important to mitigate the impact on mental health and ensure a healthy physical and mental life. To help adolescents develop comprehensively, they need care for both their physical and mental well-being. High school students, or adolescents, are at a crucial stage of significant change, undergoing rapid physical and mental development. Furthermore, puberty is occurring earlier and earlier, and the psychological changes caused by surrounding factors are becoming more pronounced and premature. Environmental and social influences, psychological/relationship changes, and academic pressure often hinder adaptation, leading to deviant reactions, emotions, and behaviors. One of the causes of mental disorders at this stage is a lack of awareness regarding mental health issues, leading students to be indifferent to the obstacles they face in learning, communication, and emotions. This makes early prevention and intervention for psychological disturbances difficult and often leads to neglect (Nguyen Sinh Phuc, 2013). Research aims to develop a model for mental health care in schools, focusing on preventing mental health disorders among students, as well as early detection of problems, to support them in regaining balance in life and learning, thereby minimizing severe mental disorders in adolescents and adults, and reducing the burden on society. Thus, mental health care in schools is considered a responsibility of the school. However, many challenges exist in implementing mental health care in schools because planning, designing support measures, human resources, and facilities are burdensome for many schools. To ensure the effective provision of mental health care services to students, it is necessary to tailor the approach to each school's specific environment. Therefore, the role and impact of social workers in planning, participating in support activities, and providing mental health care services in facilities assisting individuals, families, and student groups with mental health problems are crucial.

11. Summary of the findings of the thesis:
Mental health is an important component of the overall health of the younger generation, which is the foundation of healthy and effective functioning for each individual and community. Therefore, the development of adolescents is always a matter of primary concern in our country as well as many countries in the world - this is the generation that decides the future and destiny of the country. In Vietnam, adolescents aged 16-19 account for 24% of the population structure by age group (according to the General Statistics Office in 2014). The capture of these basic characteristics related to social life, attitudes and aspirations, and the challenges in the development of this population is very important to limit the "wave". impact on mental health, ensuring a healthy physical and mental life. To help the adolescent to be fully developed they need to be looked after both physically and mentally. The age of high school students or adolescents is an age with many changes, developing both physically and mentally to improve. Not only is VTN's puberty early, the moral variation of surrounding factors has been stronger and earlier. Before the impacts of the environment, society, psychological changes / relationships, learning pressure makes children less adaptable, easily leading to reactions, emotions, and deviant behavior. One of the causes of mental disorders at this stage is the lack of awareness of mental health problems that makes students feel indifferent to obstacles in learning, communication, and emotion. which children encounter during this period, this makes it difficult to prevent and interfere with early psychological disturbances (Nguyen Sinh Phuc, 2013). Researching to build a model of reproductive health care at schools, in order to advance to prevent the students' mental health disorders, as well as early detection of problems that children have to help them regain balance in life and learning, to minimize the serious mental disorders in adolescents and adults, reduce the burden on society. Thus, the care of sexuality in schools is also considered a school's task. However, there are many challenges that are posed with the implementation of the care for children at the school because the planning, design of support measures, human resources and facilities are also the burden of many schools. To ensure the provision of reproductive health care services for students, it is necessary to rely on each individual environment to promote effectiveness. Therefore, the role and impact of social workers in planning, participating in support activities and providing mental health services in support facilities are individuals, families and groups of students with mental health problems.
