Introduction:With the reasons stemming from the reality of the difficulties of medical staff in the medical industry, overload, violence in the medical industry, toxicity level... as well as from the reality of the difficulties of medical staff at Ha Dong General Hospital regarding stress at work and mental life. From the above reasons, I chose the research topic "The role of social workers in supporting medical staff at Ha Dong General Hospital to reduce "stress".

With the aim of studying the current state of stress of medical staff at Ha Dong General Hospital in terms of theory and practice. On that basis, to enhance the role of social workers in supporting stress reduction for medical staff at Ha Dong General Hospital. I chose 4 main methods to research my topic: document analysis method, questionnaire survey method, case study and group social work method.

The thesis is divided into 3 specific chapters as follows:

• Chapter 1: Theoretical and practical basis of the topic

In chapter 1, the author mentions the concepts of tools; the concept of needs, the concept of stress, the concept of medical staff, the concept of social work in medicine, the concept of social workers in medicine, the concept of hospitals. Applied theories.

In chapter 2: Current situation of medical staff at Ha Dong General Hospital

In Chapter 2, the author conducted a survey using a questionnaire, thereby studying the current stress status of medical staff at Ha Dong General Hospital, their knowledge and understanding of stress, stress levels, symptoms, causes and ways to cope with stress of hospital medical staff.

Chapter 3: The role of social workers in reducing "stress" for medical staff at Ha Dong General Hospital.

Chapter 3 has pointed out the need for support to reduce stress of health workers and thereby highlighted the role of Social Work in the disease with the function and task of communicating, supporting patients, relatives of patients in difficult circumstances, supporting health workers, training and retraining. In Chapter 3, we can also see the role of supporting health workers to reduce stress through recreational activities, extracurricular activities, counseling for health workers with stress, training and retraining, thereby recognizing the advantages and difficulties in the support process and proposing solutions to enhance the role of social workers to effectively reduce stress.

So in the topic: The role of social workers in supporting medical staff at Ha Dong General Hospital to reduce "stress". The author has presented the current state of stress and the role of social workers in supporting stress for medical staff. This is a subject that most research topics have not mentioned because the topics only focus on patients and their families, but unintentionally forget that medical staff themselves are also a subject that needs support.

The purpose is about studying the stressful situation of medical staff in Ha Dong General Hospital in terms of theory and practice. On that basis, the role of social workers in assisting for the stress reduction for health workers in Ha Dong General Hospital is enhanced. There are 4 key methods which are applied, specifically document analysis, questionnaire survey, case study and group social work

In chapter 1, the author mentions tool concepts; demand concept, stress concept, medical staff concept, social work in health concept, hospital concept and applied theories

Chapter 2: The current situation of health workers in Ha Dong General Hospital

In chapter 2, through the questionnaire, the author surveys the knowledge about stress, stress level, symptoms, cause and how to respond to stress of staff in Ha Dong General Hospital, thereby understanding the stress situation of Ha Dong General Hospital's health workers.

Chapter 3: The role of social workers in "stress" reduction for health workers in Ha Dong General Hospital

Chapter 3 points out the need to reduce stress of health workers, thereby highlighting the role of social work in the hospital with the functions of communication, patients and family members with difficult circumstances support, health workers assistance, training and fostering. In Chapter 3, it is also possible to recognize the role of supporting health workers to reduce stress with entertainment activities, extracurricular activities, advising and training stressed health workers. Based on that, it is easy to see the advantages and disadvantages in the process of assistance, thus prejudice solutions to enhance the role of social workers to reduce stress in the effective way.

Whereby, in the topic:The role of social workers in assisting health workers in Ha Dong General Hospital reduces "stress", the author indicates the stress situation and the role of social workers in stress support for health workers, who are the objects that most research topics have not mentioned. It is due to the fact that the other topics only focus on patients and their family members but not on health workers, who also need support.
