10. Summary of the thesis results:

This thesis focuses on researching the theoretical and practical basis of developing digital information resources (DIS) at the Library of Hanoi University of Pharmacy. Simultaneously, the thesis fully identifies the current state of DS, DS development activities, factors affecting DS development, as well as the advantages and limitations of DS development at the Library of Hanoi University of Pharmacy. Based on this, four groups of solutions are proposed to develop DS at the Library of Hanoi University of Pharmacy: solutions related to policy mechanisms; solutions aimed at promoting human resources; solutions related to technology and finance; and other solutions.

The research findings of this thesis can be applied in practice to develop digital information resources at the Library of Hanoi University of Pharmacy in the future.

At the same time, the thesis has fully realized the actual status of digital information resources, development activities of digital information resources, factors of affecting the development of digital information resources as well as the advantages and limitations of the development of digital information resources at the Hanoi University of Pharmacy Library. Since then, it introduced for group of solutions to develop digital information resources at the Ha Noi University of Pharmacy Library such as: group of solutions on policies; group of solutions to promote human factors; group of solutions for technology, finance and some other solutions.
