10. Summary of thesis results:

The thesis focuses on studying the theoretical and practical basis of developing digital information resources (DIR) at the Library of Hanoi University of Pharmacy. At the same time, the thesis has fully identified the current status of DIR, DIR development activities, factors affecting DIR development as well as the advantages and limitations of DIR development at the Library of Hanoi University of Pharmacy. From there, four groups of solutions are proposed to develop DIR at the Library of Hanoi University of Pharmacy such as: group of solutions on policy mechanisms; group of solutions to promote human factors; group of solutions on technology, finance and some other solutions.

The research results of the thesis can be applied in practice to develop digital information resources at the Hanoi University of Pharmacy Library in the coming time.
