Summary of the results of the thesis: The research process of the thesis can be summarized through the following basic contents: In terms of theory: The thesis has introduced and analyzed theories about MICE tourists such as concepts, consumption behavior of MICE guests, the significance of this source of guests to the hotel's business activities. The thesis has systematized and clarified issues related to products for MICE tourists such as concepts, characteristics, factors affecting the creation of products for MICE guests in hotels. At the same time, it also proposed a system of criteria to evaluate products for MICE tourists and methods to evaluate the product system for MICE guests. Based on the application of this theory in practical conditions of 5-star hotel products, specifically Furama resort and HAGL Plaza hotel, to evaluate and propose solutions to perfect this product system. In terms of empirical research: The thesis has compiled a number of information and data related to the product system at the first two 5-star hotels in Da Nang City, Furama and Hoang Anh Gia Lai, combined with the investigation of 300 ballots, 279 of which were collected from MICE guests attending the 3 events/hotels above to have objective assessments from customers. Thereby, authentic assessments are drawn showing the current status of the product system for MICE guests at 5-star hotels in the city. In terms of solutions and recommendations, based on the theory of tourism products, characteristics of MICE visitors, data sources and assessments of the current situation, as well as the orientations and trends in the development of MICE visitors in Da Nang and 5-star hotels, the thesis has made specific proposals for the completion of these products in terms of supplementing and diversifying services, completing factors affecting product creation and some recommendations related to state management agencies on tourism at the central and local levels. 11. Practical applicability: The thesis has proposed a system of solutions to complete the product system for MICE tourists in Da Nang based on the assessment of the criteria of the General Department of Tourism and customer assessments. Therefore, these solutions are quite suitable for the actual conditions of 5-star hotels in Da Nang and can be applied.
