10. Summary of thesis results:
Based on the current difficulties in social work practice of students as well as the need for practical training, providing human resources for socio-economic development. The topic was implemented on nearly 200 students from two universities: University of Social Sciences and Humanities, University of Labor - Social Affairs. The study clearly shows the current situation of practical training in social work at the two universities. Presents the general situation such as training program content, implementation methods of practical activities. At the same time, it also points out the unique characteristics in social work practice of the two universities. On that basis, evaluate the advantages and limitations in current social work practice training at the two universities. In addition, the thesis also proposes solutions to improve the effectiveness of social work practice, ensuring quality human resources after graduation.
11. Practical application:
The research results of the thesis are a useful reference for students in particular and staff in charge of social work student practice at universities in general to have measures to support improving the effectiveness of social work practice, ensuring quality after graduation.
