This thesis focuses on researching and presenting the following basic results:

Chapter 1 delves into researching, summarizing, and concluding some general issues concerning communication theory and new communication theory. Additionally, the author provides an overview of mobile news – a new development trend in modern journalism. This serves as a foundation for further research into the current state of news production for mobile phone versions by media organizations in Vietnam.

In Chapter 2, through a practical survey of three newspapers—Vietnamplus mobile, Vnexpress mobile, and Tuoi Tre mobile—the thesis delves into the current state of news production for mobile phone versions, examining content, interface design, and technical aspects.

Based on general research on the theoretical basis and surveys of the current state of news production for mobile phone versions, the author analyzes the advantages and disadvantages faced by news agencies in producing news for mobile phone versions today. Simultaneously, from the current news production situation, the author points out existing problems such as audience issues and technological issues. From this, the author contributes some specific solutions and develops a news production process specifically for mobile phone versions, serving as a reference for news agencies with mobile phone versions.

The thesis focuses on research and some basic findings are as follows:

In Chapter one, the author deeply researches and summarizes some general theories of media theory, new media theory. Authors also presented an overview of the mobile-news - a new development trend of modern journalism. This is the premise to make further research on the situation of news production matter for the mobile version of the press agencies in Vietnam today.

In chapter two, through field surveys from 3 mobile versions: Age of mobile, Vnexpress mobie and Vietnamplus mobile, the thesis deeply surveys, analyzes and assesses the present situation of news production matter about: content, form, interface and technology.

From the in general research on theoretical basis and survey the present situation of news production matter of mobile version, in chapter three, the author has analyzed the advantages and disadvantages of media agencies in the news production for the mobile version today. Also, pointing out the problems exist as public issues, technology issues ... Since then, contribute a few specific solutions and develop a process of news production for own version of mobile news, for reference for press agencies have mobile versions.

11. Practical applicability:

Thesis is the in-depth study, mean field theory about manufacturing news for the mobile version, opening up a new way to identify and study the development trend of "mobile - news". On the other hand, thesis is also a source of information reference for press agencies in general and the reporting staff mobile version in particular, contributing to the construction and development of a new version for phones independent mobile version of websites.
