10. Summary of thesis results:

The thesis studies the current situation of students' practical learning based on the results of a survey with students who have studied and are studying social work practice at the University of Labor and Social Affairs. Thereby, the thesis points out the limitations of practical learning time, factors of social facilities, practice facilities, and supervisors affecting the quality of students' practical learning. On that basis, it proposes appropriate solutions to improve the effectiveness of practical learning for students through the construction of some new practice models at social facilities - where there is a need for more support and contribution in terms of knowledge and skills of volunteers. This model is built based on all factors of time, student initiative, subject structure and supervision to address the factors affecting students' practice process.

Summary of the findings of the thesis: The thesis is based on the survey results to samples who are social work students and already finished in social work practice subjects at the University of Labor and Social Affairs. The results indicate that the limited practical period, the elements of field placements, supervisors are affected to the quality of student practicing process. A new model in SW practice which is placed in social agencies where are in need of support from volunteers is proposed.

This model builds on addressing the duration time, activeness of students, structure of subjects and supervising element to solve the factors which are affecting the practicing process of students.
