After conducting the research, we understand the difficulties in the job search process and the need for support in accessing employment for students about to graduate.
The thesis points out the role of NVCTXH in supporting the group of students about to graduate to access jobs.
The thesis helps to draw experiences and propose solutions to support the target group in solving the problem. Opens a new and more effective solution to solve a large number of labor forces in Hanoi.

Practical applicability: The research can be widely implemented, contributing to solving the employment problem not only for the research student group but also for other major cities, thereby contributing to the process of building and developing the capital Hanoi in particular and the whole country in general.
