After conducting the research, we understand the difficulties in the job search process and the need for support in accessing employment for students about to graduate.
The thesis points out the role of NVCTXH in supporting the group of students about to graduate to access jobs.
The thesis helps to draw experiences and propose solutions to support the target group in solving the problem. Opens a new and more effective solution to solve a large number of labor forces in Hanoi.
