10. Summary of thesis results:
This study aims to understand the risk factors leading to juvenile delinquency, thereby finding solutions to prevent and control juvenile delinquency based on the community. Preventing and resolving groups of children at risk of breaking the law is proactively preventing and stopping crimes from their origins. The study clarifies the following contents: (1) The current situation of juvenile delinquency risks, (2) The underlying causes, (3) Linking community resources to prevent juvenile delinquency. Furthermore, the study also points out and analyzes a number of practical models in localities across the country that have been implemented and have given positive results to serve as a basis for comparison and drawing experience for the implementation of juvenile delinquency prevention in the Nghi Phu commune community. Social workers not only apply their role in linking community resources but also have the potential to further develop their role.

Therefore, the study of this topic will create a theoretical premise for the Nghi Phu commune community and some localities to be able to draw an overall view of the current situation of juvenile crime risks in their area, see the advantages and limitations in action plans, community activities for juveniles, and at the same time have lessons learned in building intervention strategies in the future.

Expand research towards developing indicators to identify the need for social workers in the implementation of support activities for at-risk juveniles.

The research tends to explore the factors leading to criminal behaviors of the juveniles to find out the solutions, preventing the offense of the juveniles based on community. Preventing and solving the problem means the activeness to prevent the offense from its original causes. The study clarifies the main contents: (1) The risky situation of criminal behaviors of the juveniles. (2) The primary causes. (3) The links of resources in community with the purpose of preventing the offense of the juveniles. Moreover, the research also analyzes some practical models at local areas in Vietnam and shows positive results as a basis to confirm and provide precious experience for solving this issue at Nghi Phu commune. The social work's staff not only applies the roles in the links of resources in the community but also promotes the development further.

Therefore, the study of this topic will be the argumentative foundation for community at Nghi Phu commune and local areas to give the general perspective of the risky situation of juveniles at my hometown now. Besides, it explains the advantages and disadvantages in ways of implementation, activities of community for the juveniles; At the same time, helps to learn by experience in building the strategies to interfere in the future.

The study continues being developed by building indicators in order to identify the necessity of social work's staff in the process of implementing the active activities for the juveniles who are at risk of the offense.
