11. Summary of the thesis results:
The research has introduced concepts and theories applicable to supporting people recovering from addiction in finding employment.
Simultaneously, research has shown that while the employment opportunities for recovering addicts are quite diverse, they face difficulties in finding jobs upon reintegrating into the community. Factors such as low self-esteem, feelings of inferiority, personal characteristics of recovering addicts, and community stigma are the main causes of this situation.
The aim is to provide solutions to enhance the self-advocacy and self-employment capabilities of those recovering from addiction, and to highlight support from community systems to help them stabilize their lives and contribute to society.
12. Practical applicability: Currently, community-based support and advocacy for people recovering from drug addiction is a suitable approach that can meet the practical needs.
13. Further research directions: Vocational training and job placement for post-rehabilitation drug addicts in Vinh Phuc province present numerous challenges that need addressing. Their demographic characteristics, social networks, and the impact of political policies on their employment are all issues requiring further research. Expanding the research scope and subjects will yield more in-depth and comprehensive results. This will provide a basis for developing more feasible solutions and recommendations to enhance job opportunities, help post-rehabilitation drug addicts reintegrate into the community more quickly and effectively, and contribute to achieving the highest possible effectiveness in drug prevention and control.

The research is going to give some definitions and theoretical applications in supporting jobs for people after drug detoxification.
Also, it shows that their jobs are quite varied. However, they meet many difficulties in finding jobs when they reintegrate in the community. The main factors for this are their inferiority, guilt and personal characteristics as well as community stigma.
This thesis provides them some solutions to enhance self-defense ability and self-seeking jobs. Moreover, the assistance of some systems in the community helps them stabilize their life and contribute to building our society.

Nowadays, the assistance and defense for people after drug detoxification depending on the community is suitable for our real life.

The vocational training, job seeking for people after drug detoxification depending on the community in Vinh Phuc province is asking for the solutions. We must keep on researching other issues relating demographic characteristics, social networks, the impacts of policies of the political systems on employment for them
In general, the expansion of research space and objects is going to give the deeper and more comprehensive results. It is the basis to build more feasible solutions and recommandations in order to enlarge job opportunity and help them reintegrate in the community more quickly and effectively, contribute to drug prevention with the highest efficiency
