The thesis has clarified the following issues:
Chapter 1 presents the theoretical basis of the topic, including the concepts and viewpoints of the Party and the State on the issue of employment for rural youth, and introduces the experiences of solving employment for rural workers in countries around the world. In addition, the author has studied the characteristics of the research area related to the topic of the thesis.
The content of Chapter 2 refers to the current situation and employment needs of Vietnamese youth in general in the current period. Thereby, Chapter 2 clarifies the current employment situation of youth in Thuy Duong commune, Thai Thuy district, Thai Binh province and raises the employment needs of local youth from the perspective of social work. On that basis, the researcher clarifies the relationship between social work and employment issues through studying social issues arising from the current situation and employment needs of youth in Thuy Duong commune. Chapter 3 focuses on the issue of assessing employment for local youth, thereby proposing solutions to employment for youth from the perspective of social work.

This thesis has highlighted the following issues:
Chapter 1 provides a theoretical basis of the topics including concepts, perspectives of the Party and the State on the issue of jobs for rural youth and introduces the experience to create jobs for the rural labor countries around the world. In addition, the authors studied the characteristics of the study area are related to the topic of the thesis.
Chapter 2 Content refers to the situation and needs of youth employment in Vietnam in general in the current period.
