Based on this foundation, the thesis delves into analyzing and evaluating the advantages, limitations, feasibility, and prospects of realizing the APSC from the perspective of several viewpoints of Realism, Liberalism, and Constructivism regarding political-security cooperation in Southeast Asia, and the relationship of the APSC with other cooperation mechanisms in the international relations system. - This thesis selectively inherits the works of previous authors while applying some of the aforementioned arguments to provide an independent assessment of the prospects of APSC in 2015. - Based on Vietnam's practical experience in participating in APSC, the thesis analyzes some difficulties and advantages, and offers some recommendations regarding Vietnam's participation in APSC in particular and ASEAN in general. 11.
