Summary of thesis results: Through theoretical and practical research, the thesis has clarified the current state of parents' emotions when they have autistic children in different aspects of life and the factors affecting their emotions. The general emotions of parents with autistic children in this study are a mix of positive and negative emotions. However, there is a tendency towards negative emotions such as anxiety, sadness, stress, surprise, depression, and despair. Along with these are positive emotions with great hope for their child's future progress. These emotions of parents with autistic children are expressed in the emotional state that permeates their entire lives in different aspects concerning their autistic child, themselves, their family, and the surrounding social life. The self-esteem of parents of autistic children is relatively negative, with related factors including: feelings, roles, and responsibilities towards their child; The study examined the emotional and material well-being of parents of autistic children, including their own mental and material lives; relationships with friends, colleagues, neighbors, and other members of society; and relationships with their spouse and family members. Parents' attitudes towards family, encompassing factors related to the family's psychological atmosphere and economic situation, tended to be relatively positive. Their social attitudes showed a mix of positive and negative states, but generally remained relatively negative. The study revealed differences in mood among groups based on gender, occupation, and marital status. It also demonstrated the influence and varying degrees of influence of cognitive factors, social status, family economic conditions, and family relationships on the mood of parents of autistic children.

Social mood of the parents have children with autism overlap mixture positive state and negative state. However, the overall trend is relatively negative mood.
