Most teachers experience initial signs of occupational stress such as headaches, tension, lack of concentration, fatigue, and unwillingness to work, sometimes exhibiting aggressive behavior towards children. 10.2 The causes of stress in preschool teachers are closely related to occupational pressures such as excessive working hours, overwork, and constant stress during the process of caring for and educating children. On the other hand, low salaries and a lack of incentives such as salary increases or reduced working hours also contribute to stress. 10.3 Regarding coping mechanisms, most preschool teachers have not yet found scientific ways to deal with stress. Furthermore, when experiencing stress, preschool teachers do not have the habit of seeking help from professionals in this field. It can be said that teachers are very aware of their stress but have not yet found effective and practical coping strategies. 11. Practical applications: 12.
