11. Summary of the thesis results:

Based on the theoretical and practical aspects of the issue of festival culture in Vietnamese online newspapers, this thesis surveys and analyzes the current state of information dissemination on festival culture in Vietnamese online newspapers, and the impact of media information on the Vietnamese public today (surveying three online newspapers: VnExpress, Vietnamnet, and Tuoi Tre Online from January 2016 to December 2017). From this, it proposes solutions to help newsrooms leverage the strengths of online newspapers in conveying information and guiding society in general, and information on festival culture in particular; suggests to state management agencies the limitations and shortcomings in management and organization; and contributes to helping the public recognize limitations in cultural behavior, promote strengths, and contribute to preserving national identity.

This paper proposes and recommends solutions to improve the quality of information on online newspapers; helping readers gain a more comprehensive understanding of social issues that directly affect their lives, specifically issues related to cultural festivals.
