Firstly, the author has researched and analyzed the theoretical basis of Science and Technology Resources in applying information technology to training and scientific research activities.
Second, from a field survey at the Academy of Science and Technology, the author analyzes and identifies barriers to science and technology resources in applying information technology to training and scientific research activities at the Academy of Science and Technology, thereby making recommendations on measures to overcome those barriers.
