Based on the theoretical basis of social responsibility, the author has conducted a survey on the current situation of implementing social responsibility of the Youth Department, Vietnam Television for program production activities. Through the survey, the author has pointed out the limitations in implementing social responsibility of the Youth Department, Vietnam Television for program production activities. From there, the author of the thesis has boldly proposed a number of solutions to overcome the limitations in order to promote the implementation of social responsibility for program production activities of the Youth Department, Vietnam Television.

The results of the thesis can be completely applied in practice to promote the implementation of social responsibility for program production activities of the Youth Department, Vietnam Television.

Based on the theoretical basis of social responsibility, the author has carried out an investigation about the current situation of practicing social responsibility in Board of Youth, Vietnamese Television towards the production of TV programs. After investigating the situation, the author has pointed out some limitations in practicing social responsibility of Board of Youth, Vietnam Television producing toward TV programs. From there, the author bravely offers some solutions to overcome these limitations in order to promote the implementation of social responsibility for TV program production activities of Board of Youth, Vietnam Television.
