Training activities to improve the quality of health insurance assessors play an important role in the implementation and execution of health insurance policies. In recent years, training activities have been organized regularly and continuously and achieved certain results. The content of the training program - a key factor in ensuring and improving the quality of training is basically appropriate and meets the necessary requirements for health insurance assessment work. However, there are still some limitations in training activities for health insurance assessors, specifically: not meeting the training needs; the organization and management of training are still inadequate; the content of the training program is still heavy on theory and lacking in skills training.

Providing solutions to improve the quality of training activities for health insurance assessors with the goal of building a team of professionals who are good at their expertise, dedicated to their work and wholeheartedly serve the people.

11. Practical application:

The research results provide objective assessments and propose new directions to help the Social Insurance Vocational Training School improve the quality of training activities for health insurance assessors.

11. Abstract:

Training activities improving capacity of the health insurance assessors play an important role in deployment and implementation of health insurance policies. Training activities have been held regularly and achieved clear results over the years. The training program content is a key factor in enhancing training quality, basically, is appropriate and meet necessary requirements to serve health insurance assessment. However, there are some drawbacks in training activities for assessors. In particular, it's not enough to meet the training needs; the training organization and management is still inadequate; the training contents mainly focus on theory and lack of work skills.

Finally, the thesis reveals solutions to upgrade training quality for health insurance assessors, which aims to build excellent assessor team who are professional, dedicated and devoted to people.
