Chapter I. Household Contract System in Vinh Phuc in the 1960s – Development Process and Assessment Methods
Chapter II: Implementing the reform process - resolving the conflict between economy and politics in rural areas after the 1960s.
Chapter I: Based on theoretical foundations, this chapter analyzes the relationship between economics and politics in the 1960s, examining the household contract system in Vinh Phuc province to highlight the necessity of economics in all eras. It points out the mistakes and shortcomings of economic and political policies during that period, and presents the author's own assessment.
Chapter 2 addresses the contradictions in Vietnamese agriculture and rural areas based on Marxist-Leninist theory. It analyzes the practical aspects of Vietnam's agricultural reform process and draws lessons for the current development of the agricultural economy.
