Firstly, this thesis compiles and systematizes documents clarifying the viewpoint of the Communist Party of Vietnam on the work of mobilizing overseas Vietnamese (2001-2014); secondly, it examines the Party's policies and the process of implementing the work of mobilizing overseas Vietnamese (2001-2014); thirdly, it offers some opinions evaluating the achievements and limitations in the Party's work of mobilizing overseas Vietnamese (2001-2014); and fourthly, it initially draws key lessons to serve the work of mobilizing overseas Vietnamese in the current period.
11. Practical applications:
However, the work still has many limitations, so this thesis serves as a reference to further enhance the effectiveness of mobilizing overseas Vietnamese in the coming period.

Firstly, the thesis is a collection and systematization of documentation in the advocacy work for Vietnamese people living abroad (2001-2014); Secondly, the thesis studies about the policies of the Vietnamese Communist Party and implementation of the advocacy work for Vietnamese people living abroad (2001-2014); Thirdly, the thesis reviews achievements and limitations in the Communist Party's advocacy work for Vietnamese people living abroad (2001-2014); Finally, the thesis draws on the initial experience for implementation of the advocacy work for Vietnamese people living abroad in the current period.

Currently, the advocacy work for Vietnamese people living abroad has developed in depth and obtained qualitative changes. However, the advocacy work has had certain limitations. Therefore, the thesis is considered as a reference to strengthen the efficiency of the advocacy work for Vietnamese people living abroad in the future.
