10. Summary of the thesis results:
In Chapter 1 of the thesis, the author clarified some general theoretical issues concerning the working class during the period of accelerated industrialization and modernization; the theory of development and the factors determining the development of the Vietnamese working class.
In Chapter 2 of the thesis, the author provides an overview of the natural, economic, cultural, and social conditions of Bac Ninh province; the process of industrialization and modernization in the province; and then delves into an analysis of the current state of development and the challenges facing the development of the workforce in Bac Ninh province during the period of accelerated industrialization and modernization.
Chapter 3 of the thesis, based on an analysis of the requirements for workforce development, proposes fundamental solutions for developing the workforce in Bac Ninh province during the period of accelerated industrialization and modernization.

11. Summary of the findings of the thesis:
In chapter 1, the author clarifies general theoretical matters on worker class in the period of industrialization and modernization; theory on developments and factors regulates the development of Vietnamese worker class.
In chapter 2, the author overviews BN social, cultural, economic, natural conditions; industrializing and modernizing process within the area, then analyzes development facts and problems on the development of worker force in BN province in the period of speeding up industrialization and modernization.
In chapter 3, based on analysis of requirements to the development of worker force, the author has primary solutions to develop worker force in BN province in the period of speeding up industrialization and modernization.
