The research results of the thesis can be a useful reference for leaders of high schools in Hanoi. The research provides scientific evidence on the current situation of high school students' problems and the need for assistance from social workers in schools, contributing to the premise for further scientific research to develop a school social work model in Vietnam.

If possible, further research and experimental impact testing will be conducted to verify the effectiveness of social work activities in high schools in Hanoi city.

The thesis analyzes in depth the problems as well as the needs of social affairs assistants in high schools in Hanoi. On the basis of the analysis, some suggestions are made to build a social affair model that will be available to be applied in social affairs in high schools.

The results of the research can be used as a useful source of references for heads of high schools in Hanoi. The research also provides scientific evidence of practical problems of high school students as well as the need of social affair assistants in high school which can be the basis for research after in order to develop social affair models in Vietnam.

If favorable conditions, the research can be more detailed, practical experiments can be conducted to test the effectiveness of social affairs in high schools in Hanoi City.
