10. Summary of thesis results:
People with meritorious services to the revolution in general, and resistance fighters infected with toxic chemicals in particular, are those who fought, experienced glorious resistance wars, and made great contributions to the cause of national liberation, building and defending the Fatherland. Therefore, the Party, the State and the people honor, recognize and highly appreciate the sacrifices and great contributions of those who have contributed to the revolution. "Preferential regimes for people with meritorious services to the revolution and their relatives are adjusted in accordance with the socio-economic conditions of the country in each period".
Since the preferential policy for resistance fighters infected with toxic chemicals was changed from the protection category to the category of people with meritorious services to the revolution, their material and spiritual life has improved, contributing to strengthening their trust in the State and maintaining social stability. The average level of subsidies and allowances for resistance fighters infected with toxic chemicals and their children, through many adjustments, has been equal to the preferential policy applied to other categories of people with meritorious services.
The research results have shown that the policy implementation activities for people infected with dioxin are activities of reviewing policy beneficiaries in Dong Da district; regular monthly activities for them include activities of implementing monthly allowances and subsidies; activities of implementing health insurance regimes, providing assistive devices and orthopedic devices; activities of implementing preferential education regimes for people infected with dioxin; activities of showing gratitude during Tet and major holidays to see the level of satisfaction of people infected with dioxin with the policy implementation activities they have enjoyed, grasping the following wishes of the beneficiaries of the policy to be able to improve the effectiveness of policy implementation activities.
Realizing that professional social workers in the future have an important role in helping people with meritorious services access policies. When people understand the policies, setting up a profile to enjoy preferential treatment will be easy and convenient. When they do not access the policies, they will not be able to enjoy the preferential treatment of the State that they deserve in time. The researcher has applied the method of Individual Social Work to help people who participated in the resistance war and were exposed to toxic chemicals to set up a profile to enjoy preferential treatment.
11. Practical application:
Based on the research results on policy implementation activities for people infected with dioxin, as a social worker, the researcher applies individual social work methods and proposes specific intervention activities to support and guide resistance participants infected with toxic chemicals to access policies in establishing records to enjoy preferential treatment from the Party and State.

11. Summary of the findings of the thesis:
The people who have contributed to the revolution in general, the active resistance contaminated with toxic chemicals in particular those who fought, went through the struggle heroically, with great devotion in the cause of liberation nation building and national defense. Therefore, the Party, State and people to honor, recognize and appreciate the sacrifices and dedication of those great men who have contributed to the revolution. " The preferential regime who have contributed to the revolution and their relatives are adjusted in accordance with the socio-economic condition of the country from time to time ."
