10. Summary of thesis results:
The topic “Activities to support job creation for people after drug rehabilitation. (Research in Hanoi city)” was conducted with the aim of describing the current situation of loan and employment needs of people after drug rehabilitation in Hanoi city in order to propose appropriate solutions and activities to stabilize the lives of people after drug rehabilitation.
Research has shown that the need for loans and job creation for post-addicts in Hanoi is very large, while the mechanisms and policies for this group of people are still limited, causing post-addicts to face many difficulties and barriers in borrowing capital and finding jobs to integrate into life.
Post-rehab management is one of the top important tasks that Hanoi focuses on to improve the effectiveness of drug addiction treatment and minimize the rate of relapse. In 2012, the number of students eligible for post-rehab was 2,896 people, of which: The number of students undergoing post-rehab at the center was 1,736 people and the number of students undergoing post-rehab at their place of residence was 1,159 people (of which: 1,061 people from Hanoi and 98 people from other provinces). The number of students undergoing post-rehab management at the center as of December 31, 2012 was 3,398 people. At the center, students can be managed at the Center for Post-Rehab Management of Drug Addiction or the Hanoi Youth Vocational Education and Labor Center or the Center for Social Labor Education and Treatment. In general, the centers have closely followed the guidance documents to effectively implement the review of post-rehabilitation management records at the center. Cases of exemption or reduction of compulsory rehabilitation time have been proposed to apply post-rehabilitation management measures at the place of residence. After receiving the subjects, the centers have applied strict management and education measures and actively linked and coordinated with vocational training facilities and production and business enterprises to create favorable conditions for drug addicts to learn a trade and work in production, and solve employment after rehabilitation.
Therefore, the author has deeply studied the current situation of loan and employment needs of drug addicts after rehabilitation, the factors affecting their job search in order to provide appropriate support.

The topic contributes to making recommendations to enhance the role of social workers in supporting job search for people after drug rehabilitation in the practical context of Vietnam.

Thread " support activities to create jobs for drug addicts . ( Studies in Hanoi ) " was conducted for the purpose of describing the real situation the demand for loans , employment of addicts in the city of Hanoi to offer solutions and appropriate activities to stabilize the lives of addicts .
Research has shown that the demand for loans and creating jobs for addicts in Hanoi is huge while the mechanisms and policies for this group are limited to that encounter addicts have a lot of difficulties and barriers to loans, to finding work life integration.
Aftercare management is one of the most important tasks. Hanoi to focus on improving the efficiency of drug addiction and minimize relapse rate. In 2012, the number of students eligible for review is made after cessation 2,896 people, of which: Number of learners performing in the center 's aftercare: 1,736 people and implementing aftercare is in residence: 1,159 people (including 1,061 people in Hanoi and 98 other provinces). And the number of students in the aftercare management center at the time of the day December 31, 2012: 3,398 people.
