10. Summary of the thesis results:

This thesis focuses on researching the salary payment methods of COMA 18 Company, and from there proposes some new forms of salary payment to be applied at COMA 18 Joint Stock Company, based on maximizing the use of salary as a lever to stimulate employee commitment and effort within the enterprise.

Through the practical implementation of the new salary payment method at some branches and units under COMA 18 Joint Stock Company, although it has not yet achieved the desired results, there have been some clear improvements in work efficiency, which is specifically demonstrated in the actual results that the enterprise can assess.

11. Practical applications: (if any)

The research findings of this thesis can serve as a reference and theoretical basis for several companies under the Construction Machinery Corporation - Ministry of Construction to develop their own salary payment methods, as they share many similarities such as production and business characteristics, operating models, etc.

The results of this project will serve as a basis for the student to develop their doctoral research topic at a higher level.

This thesis focuses on the research methods of the company paying COMA 18, which proposes a number of new forms of pay applicable at JSC COMA 18 on the basis of maximizing salary tools levers to stimulate labor and trying to stick in the enterprise.

Through practical proposals for implementing the new form of payment at a branch or subsidiary units COMA 18 joint stock companies though have not achieved the desired effect, but initially there were some obvious modifications in job performance, which is expressed specifically in the fact that the results can now be evaluated.
