The thesis is presented in about 90 pages, including 3 Chapters with the following contents:
- Chapter 1 has presented the theoretical basis of the National innovation system, innovation policy and commercialization of research results. In particular, Chapter 1 of the Thesis has clarified the theoretical basis of building a policy to commercialize research results in which "enterprises are the center", and at the same time, clearly stated the role of enterprises and universities in the National innovation system.
- Chapter 2 presents an overview of the research issues on the current status of innovation policies and commercialization of research results from universities to enterprises in general and from Hanoi University of Science and Technology to enterprises in particular in Vietnam. At the same time, it identifies the difficulties in commercializing research results, transferring technology from universities to enterprises in Vietnam and evaluates the impacts of innovation policies on commercialization of research results from universities to enterprises in order to find out the differences between conventional policies and innovation policies that affect such activities. These are the new contributions of the Thesis.
- Chapter 3 is based on the current status of commercialization activities from universities in general and Hanoi University of Science and Technology in particular into enterprises, the author of the thesis has proposed a number of innovative policies, especially policies that focus on enterprises to promote commercialization of research results from universities into enterprises in Vietnam in the coming time.
12. Practical application:(if any)
It is possible to apply innovation policies so that technology transfer and commercialization of research results from universities to businesses in Vietnam can take place more smoothly and quickly.
13. Further research directions:(if any)
It is necessary to continue research to perfect the innovation policy system and apply it to promoting the commercialization of research results from universities to businesses in general in Vietnam.

The thesis was presented in about 90 pages, including 3 chapters with the following contents:
- Chapter 1 outlines the theoretical basis in national innovation system (NIS), innovation policies and commercialization of research results. Especially, the chapter 1 of this thesis makes it clear that policies for research results' commercialization must take “Enterprises” as the core factor, and at the same time, identify the roles of enterprises and universities in the national innovation system.
- Chapter 2 states the overview of the research problems in the areas of current situations of innovation policies and commercialization of research results from universities to enterprises in general and from Hanoi University of Science and Technology to enterprises in particular in Vietnam. Additionally, the chapter also identifies the difficulties and challenges as well in the commercialization of research results and technology transfer from universities to enterprises in Vietnam and evaluates the both negative and positive impacts of innovation policies on the commercialization of research results from universities to enterprises so as to find out differences between normal policies and innovation policies. These are the new contributions of the Thesis.
- Chapter 3 based on the current situations of the research results' commercialization from universities in general and Hanoi University of Science and Technology in particular to enterprises, the thesis' author suggests some innovation policies, especially the policies taking enterprises as core factors for promoting the commercialization of research results from universities to enterprises in Vietnam in the upcoming time.
12. Practical applicability, if any:Can be applied innovation policies to promote technology transfer, commercialization of research results from universities to enterprises in Vietnam more quickly and easily.
