During the implementation period, our thesis achieved the following results:

Firstly, it presents an overview of the Departments under the People's Committee of Vinh Phuc province and the composition, content, characteristics, and value of the archival documents of the Departments.

Second, present the theoretical and practical basis for collecting archival documents as well as the current status of document collection work of the Departments into the Vinh Phuc Provincial Historical Archives, thereby assessing the results and limitations of this work.

Third, based on the evaluation of the results and limitations, we propose solutions to contribute to improving the efficiency of document collection of the Departments into the Vinh Phuc Provincial Historical Archives.
