11. Summary of the thesis results:

- This thesis assesses the current situation and challenges facing agriculture, farmers, and rural areas in Thanh Hoa province from 2001 to 2013, including: factors impacting agriculture, farmers, and rural areas; achievements of agriculture, farmers, and rural areas from 2001 to 2013; and challenges facing agriculture, farmers, and rural areas in Thanh Hoa province in the present period.

- This thesis presents the contents of Ho Chi Minh's thought as applied to solving current agricultural, farmer, and rural issues in Thanh Hoa province, such as: Ho Chi Minh's thought on economic development; Ho Chi Minh's thought on farmers; and Ho Chi Minh's thought on building new rural areas.

- The thesis proposes several solutions to address the problems of agriculture, farmers, and rural areas in Thanh Hoa province from 2013 to 2018 in light of Ho Chi Minh's ideology, such as: solutions for economic restructuring; solutions for applying science and technology; solutions for building new rural areas; solutions for security and defense potential in border regions; and solutions for strengthening the leadership of Party committees, government, and political and social organizations.

11. Practical applications:

This thesis can serve as research material for undergraduate and graduate students specializing in Ho Chi Minh Studies and Political Science. It can also be used as a reference document for the Department of Agriculture and Rural Development of Thanh Hoa Province and the Thanh Hoa Provincial Farmers' Association.

12. Future research directions:

After researching the issue of applying Ho Chi Minh's ideology to solving problems related to agriculture, farmers, and rural areas in a specific locality, namely Thanh Hoa province, the topic can be expanded to research the application of Ho Chi Minh's ideology to solving problems related to agriculture, farmers, and rural areas nationwide.
