10. Summary of thesis results:
The research results show that the implementation of employment creation policies for people with disabilities of working age in rural areas has initially achieved results such as: people with disabilities have access to vocational training policies, job support at the commune level, many people with disabilities have found jobs through local policies, their material and spiritual lives have changed more positively. Activities to implement employment support policies that local authorities are implementing include: Career counseling, opening vocational training classes for workers according to registered targets, coordinating with local private enterprises to recruit people with disabilities to both learn and work, and supporting livestock and livestock for people with disabilities' families. Through observation and research, it is assessed that these activities have a very positive impact on people with disabilities and their families. In poor rural areas far from the city center, it is extremely difficult for people with disabilities to fully enjoy support policies for them. Most of the disabled here live in poor families with average economic status, so employment is extremely important to them and their families. It is like an essential human need, employment not only helps the disabled to be independent in life but also gives them strength, determination to rise up, and confidence to integrate into the community. Social workers and the Lien Chau commune government have implemented policies quite correctly and practically. However, in the implementation process, there are still some limitations and difficulties such as: The cultural level of the disabled is very low, due to family economic conditions, self-consciousness and social prejudice, the disabled do not go to school or only study at a low level, this also causes difficulties in the vocational training process for the disabled, there is no team of teachers with expertise, understanding of the disabled to have a method of conveying to them, so many disabled people have a feeling of discouragement and inferiority when they do not receive lessons well. The new policies stop at the implementation for the disabled people in working age and have not been synchronized to all disabled people. There are still some disabled people who are shy or not satisfied with the current supported work they are doing. These difficulties and limitations require the participation of social workers with the role of education, advocacy and consultation to help disabled people orient their vocational training and find jobs for themselves, helping them connect with vocational training centers, production facilities, and business owners so that they have the opportunity to study and work. Based on the results of research on the implementation of policies to support job creation for disabled people in rural areas.

As a social worker, the researcher applies social work methods to evaluate the achieved results and existing difficulties and limitations through local implementation, thereby recognizing the role of social workers in implementing policies for the subjects, especially the vulnerable subjects in society.

Research reults shuld that activities deploy policies to create jobs for disabled people in working age in rural areas have achived initial results shuch as people with disabilities have access to vocationcal training policies social support at work many local support authorities that are deployed as career counseling, open vocational and work support of seed and livestock for families through observation the study accessed the impact of these activities is very positive to disabled people and their family with the poor villages far frim the city center the persons disable to fully enjoy the support policies for extremely difficult, disabled people the majority living in poor families the economy meaningful employment is extremely important to them.
It is an essential need of human work that not only helps people with disabilities can live independently in life, but is also add strength, to overcome self-confidence and rejoin the community. The social worker and the right to social Union, had the activity of policy implemmentotion quite right and pragmatic. But in the process of implementation are still stuck with some limitations, as difficult as: the cultural level of people with disabilities is very low, due to economic conditions, family, inferionrity itself and social stereotypes, people with disabilities are not going to school or just learn at school low level this also causes difficulty in the process of vocational training for PWDS, there are no teachers are proresional understanding about subjects people with disabilities to have transmission methods for them, so many people with disabilities are psychologically depressed, self-deprecating as a good simple poor.
