The thesis summarizes theoretical and practical issues on the need for employment support for PWDs of working age in Dai Tap commune and Lien Khe commune, Khoai Chau district, Hung Yen province. Survey and evaluate the need for employment support for PWDs in the research area. Therefore, the thesis is valuable in providing a scientific basis for perfecting the legal framework as well as employment policies for PWDs and the theoretical framework of research on PWDs. Thereby contributing to optimizing employment policies for PWDs in accordance with their needs and abilities while also being suitable for social reality so that PWDs have stable, long-term jobs to reduce the burden on families and society.
