10. Summary of the thesis results:
In the first chapter of the thesis, the author systematically clarified the theoretical issues related to educational cooperation, including providing the theoretical basis regarding the global context and globalization trends, as well as the bilateral relationship between Vietnam and South Korea, which serves as the basis for researching the current state of educational cooperation between the two countries. This is the main content of chapter 2.
In addition, the study analyzes and clarifies the factors influencing the implementation of Vietnam-Korea educational cooperation, thereby providing observations to serve as a basis for developing some suggested trends to promote educational cooperation between Vietnam and Korea.
Based on theoretical foundations of international cooperation policy, the issue of autonomy in education, and the current state of international cooperation in education, the author of this thesis has proposed several solutions to enhance the awareness of stakeholders involved in implementing international cooperation policies in education between Vietnam and South Korea. This will contribute to improving the implementation steps in cooperation activities, focusing on enhancing the capacity of stakeholders and perfecting the system of documents related to international cooperation in education in general and cooperation with South Korea in this area in particular.
