10. Summary of thesis results:
In chapter one of the thesis, the author systematized and clarified theoretical issues related to educational cooperation, including providing theoretical bases on the world situation and globalization trends as well as bilateral relations between Vietnam and Korea as the basis for conducting research on the current state of educational cooperation between the two countries, this is the main content of chapter 2.
In addition, analyzing and clarifying the factors affecting the implementation of Vietnam - Korea educational cooperation issues, thereby providing comments as a basis for building some suggested trends to promote educational cooperation between Vietnam and Korea.
Based on the theoretical foundations of international cooperation policy, autonomy in education, and the current status of international cooperation in education, the author of the thesis has proposed a number of solutions to raise awareness of subjects and subjects related to the implementation of international cooperation policy in education between Vietnam and Korea, thereby contributing to the completion of implementation steps in cooperation activities, paying attention to improving the capacity of subjects as well as completing the system of documents related to international cooperation in education in general and cooperation with Korea in this issue in particular.
