In Chapter 1, the author has systematized and clarified basic theoretical issues such as: Some related concepts; Role and principles of scientific organization of office activities; Measures and responsibilities in the scientific organization of office activities.
Chapter 2. Current status of scientific organization of office activities at HT Digitalization and Archive Technology Joint Stock Company.
In Chapter 2, the author has outlined the history of formation and development, scale and organizational structure of HT Digital Storage Technology Joint Stock Company, which is the subject of the thesis. Next, the author has deeply researched and studied the current situation of office activities as well as measures to scientifically organize office activities at the Company, especially studying in depth the work of standardizing office activities. On that basis, the author evaluates the implementation of the scientific organization of office activities of the company, finds out the causes and limitations of this situation to serve as a basis for research and proposes some measures in Chapter 3.
