Through data and changes in the concept of employment of young people to analyze the causes and current situation of the trend of Korean youth going abroad to find jobs in the period 2008~2019. Analyze the policies and solutions of the Korean government to this problem, thereby drawing some reference experiences for Vietnam.

Using the collected number of publications from Korea, this thesis analyzes the root as well as the reality of moving abroad for work of Youth Korean in the period 2008 - 2019. We also analyze the policies, solutions of the Korean Government for mentioned the problem. Finally, we recommend some lessons for Vietnam.

This thesis is a good reference for researchers who are learning from the experience of the Korean Government about the unemployment problem to give a solution for Vietnam.
