Chapter 1. Theoretical basis on the quality of office administrative work
In Chapter 1, the author presented a number of concepts such as: concepts of office, office administration, office administrative work, quality of office administrative work. Next, the author delved into the functions and tasks of office administrative work; factors affecting the quality of office work and at the same time proposed criteria for evaluating the quality of office administrative work. This is the basis for the author to research and survey the current status of office administrative work at Hanoi University of Procuracy in Chapter 2.
Chapter 2. Current status of office administrative work quality at Hanoi University of Procuracy
In Chapter 2, the author presented an overview of the history of formation and development of Hanoi University of Procuracy; organizational structure, functions and tasks of the Administrative Organization Department. Next, the author delved into researching and surveying the current status of office administrative work at Hanoi University of Procuracy such as: Resources for performing office administrative work; organization of dissemination and promulgation of regulations on office administrative work organization; current status of office administrative work implementation. From there, the author made comments and assessments on office administrative work at Hanoi University of Procuracy.
Chapter 3. Solutions to improve the quality of office administration work at Hanoi University of Procuracy
In Chapter 3, the thesis proposes a number of solutions to improve the quality of office administrative work through a survey of the current situation from Chapter 2 such as: Raising awareness of office administrative work; enhancing training and development for staff; building a coordination mechanism with functional departments; organizing the implementation of regulations and rules; professional solutions, towards modernizing office administrative work.
