The thesis clarifies some theoretical issues on the management of foreign information activities in the current digital media environment: basic concepts, roles, positions, objects, and methods of implementing foreign information activities.
The thesis examines the current status of foreign information management activities of the Department of Foreign Information in the period from June 2020 to December 2021. In addition, the thesis also studies the documents guiding the management of foreign information activities of the Department of Foreign Information in the period 2021 to 2025 with a vision to 2030. From there, it proposes a number of solutions to improve the effectiveness of state management of foreign information of the Department of Foreign Information.
