- Firstly, the thesis "Economic and educational cooperation between Da Nang city and the provinces of Southern Laos from 2009 to 2013" analyzed the premises for promoting cooperation and thereby drew out the opportunities and potentials for cooperation between the two sides.
- Second, the thesis has presented the current situation and achievements in the economic and educational fields of the development cooperation relationship between Da Nang and the southern provinces of Laos; thereby providing suggestive orientations to promote the increasingly developed and deepened cooperation relationship, contributing to promoting political stability, economic and social development of Lao localities and Da Nang in particular and the two countries in general.
- Third, the thesis has analyzed and highlighted the importance of the relationship between Da Nang and Southern Laos, which is not only a story between two localities but also has a significant impact on the general relationship between the two countries. This is the basis for localities of the two countries to implement the policies and guidelines of the Party and State on promoting the industrialization and modernization of the country in the new situation.

- Firstly, the thesis titled "Economic and educational Cooperation between Danang City and South Laos Provinces from 2009 to 2013" seeks to analyze conditions for promoting cooperation and thus to draw opportunities and potentials for further cooperation between two sides.
- Second, the thesis presents the status and achievements gained in the field of the development cooperation of economic and educational relations between Da Nang and South Laos provinces. By doing so, suggested recommendations in the process are raised in order to promote extensive cooperative relationships contributing to political stability, social and economic development of localities of South Laos and Da Nang in particular and the two countries in general.
