10. Summary of the thesis results:
- Firstly, the thesis "Economic and Educational Cooperation between Da Nang City and the Southern Provinces of Laos from 2009 to 2013" analyzed the prerequisites for promoting cooperation and thereby identified opportunities and potential for cooperation between the two sides.
Secondly, the thesis presented the current situation and achievements in the economic and educational fields of the cooperative development relationship between Da Nang and the southern provinces of Laos; thereby offering insightful directions to promote the increasingly developed and extensive cooperative relationship, contributing to political stability, economic and social development of the localities of Laos and Da Nang in particular and the two countries in general.
- Thirdly, the thesis analyzed and highlighted the importance of the Da Nang-Southern Laos relationship, not only as a story between two localities but also as having a significant impact on the overall relationship between the two countries. This serves as a basis for localities in both countries to implement the Party and State's policies and guidelines on promoting industrialization and modernization in the new situation.

- Firstly, the thesis titled "Economic and educational Cooperation between Danang City and South Laos Provinces from 2009 to 2013" seeks to analyze conditions for promoting cooperation and thus to draw opportunities and potentials for further cooperation between two sides.
- Second, the thesis presents the status and achievements gained in the field of the development cooperation of economic and educational relations between Da Nang and South Laos provinces. By doing so, suggested recommendations in the process are raised in order to promote extensive cooperative relationships contributing to political stability, social and economic development of localities of South Laos and Da Nang in particular and the two countries in general.
- Third, the thesis reappraises the importances of Da Nang and South Laos provinces relations, stressing that the relationship is not only the story between two localities but also significantly affects the overall relations of the two countries.
