Systematizing the theoretical basis of managing training for operational staff in 3-star hotels.

This study analyzes the current state of operational staff training management in hotels over the past period (focusing on the period from 2012-2014). Based on this analysis, it provides an assessment and identifies the strengths and weaknesses in operational staff training management in these hotels.

This study proposes several solutions and recommendations to improve the management of operational staff training at 3-star hotels in Thai Nguyen province.

11. Practical applicability: Specifically, this study aims to concretize solutions to improve the effectiveness of employee training management at 3-star hotels in Thai Nguyen province, contributing to increased labor productivity and business efficiency for these hotels.

12. Further research directions: Research on improving the quality of tourism human resources in Thai Nguyen province in particular and the Northern Midlands and mountainous region in general.

- Re-systematize the theoretical basis of working staff training management at the three-star hotels.

- Four three-star hotels in Thai Nguyen province were selected as the typical subjects, the actual situation of the working staff management at the three-star hotels in recent years (2012-2014) was analyzed. The strengths and weaknesses in the management of the working staff training at the hotels were figured out.

- Some experiences were given out and some possible solutions were suggested in order to improve the effectiveness of the working staff training.

11. Practical applicability, if any: Specify the solutions in order to improve the effectiveness of the working staff training, contribute to the improvement of the labor productivity ans the business effectiveness of the hotels.
