The practice of the struggle for national liberation, especially through the resistance war against the US, saving the country and the first 10 years of healing the wounds of war and building socialism (1976-1986) has shown that women have the ability and make great contributions if they are mobilized, organized and placed in the right position, suitable to their conditions and abilities.

In the cause of innovation and industrialization today, women play an increasingly important role. Our Party and State need to continue to have policies and strategies to mobilize women's strength to create conditions for women to reach the same level as men in terms of professional and technical qualifications, create equal opportunities for women in studying and accessing education; arrange and use female cadres in accordance with their capacity and strengths to meet the needs of socio-economic development in the use of female human resources.

The realities of the struggle for national liberation, especially through the war against the American invasion and the first 10-year to heal the wounds of war and build socialism (1976-1986), have shown that women have ability and can contribute greatly if they're motivated, organized and put into the right place in accordance with their conditions and abilities.

In the innovation, promotion of industrialization today, women become more and more important. The State and the Party need to release new guidelines and policies to mobilize power of women in order to help them improve themselves. Modern society has to show the equal rights of women in comparison to man to reach opportunities in learning and access to education; chances to meet the needs of socio-economic development.
