Based on the practical experience of professional guidance, inspection, and auditing activities that the author directly participated in at various localities; through records of professional guidance, inspection, and auditing currently preserved in the current archives of the Office of the State Archives and Records Department; and through discussions with colleagues working at the Departments of Internal Affairs of provinces and centrally-administered cities and the State Archives and Records Department, we have researched and synthesized information to present and evaluate the current status of professional guidance, inspection, and auditing work of the State Archives and Records Department at the local level. Chapter 3. Solutions to improve the effectiveness of professional guidance, inspection, and supervision work of the State Archives and Records Department at the local level. Based on the current situation of professional guidance, inspection, and supervision work of the State Archives and Records Department at the local level, we propose several solutions to improve the effectiveness of professional guidance, inspection, and supervision work of the State Archives and Records Department at the local level. 11.
