In the unique context of Vietnamese cultural and political history in the early 20th century, as a journalist and writer among the pioneers, Pham Quynh, with his talent, knowledge, and enthusiasm, made significant, if not enormous, contributions to the formation and development of modern Vietnamese journalism and literature.
In the field of literature, Pham Quynh's greatest contribution, which deserves historical recognition, is his effort to build and develop a new literary tradition.
