We are clarifying the context for the formation of Chinese cultural diplomacy, deeply analyzing the developments of Chinese cultural diplomacy to enhance China's soft power in culture from 2012 to 2022, reviewing the Overview of achievements and prospects, and offering some suggestions on ideas for promoting cultural diplomacy to enhance China's cultural soft power.

Practical applicability, if any: Based on an analysis of strategies for implementing cultural diplomacy that demonstrates the main diplomatic style and the enhancement of China's soft influence on countries in the region in particular and the world in general, Vietnam will gain policy experience in researching, adjusting, and promoting the national diplomat strategy in the new context to achieve benefits for the country.
