Thesis: Key urban planning issues in current electronic newspapers, including 3 chapters:
- Chapter 1: Theoretical and practical basis of key urban planning issues on electronic newspapers
- Chapter 2: Survey of key urban planning issues in current Vietnamese electronic newspapers
- Chapter 3: Issues and solutions to improve the quality of information on key urban planning issues on electronic newspapers
The thesis clarifies some theories on communication of key urban planning issues on electronic newspapers; the role of key urban planning and the viewpoints and orientations of the Party and State in communication on this issue. The author surveys 3 electronic newspapers VnExpress, Construction, Economy & Urban in information and communication of key urban planning issues. Thereby, the author evaluates the successes, limitations in content and form of impact on the public, raises issues that need to be solved. Proposes recommendations and solutions to contribute to improving the effectiveness of building communication messages on key urban planning issues on electronic newspapers in the coming time; proactively, transparently, orientedly propagating information, forming positive public opinion, creating consensus in society to participate in building sustainable urban development in Vietnam.

All levels, sectors, and local authorities need to continue to pay attention to urban planning work, including policies, mechanisms, and reasonable investments to build and develop the key urban planning sector in the coming time.
