From the perspective of journalism and mass media sociology, the research topic "Managing the relationship between CAND Newspaper and the CAND public" is a research project that evaluates the general relationship between CAND Newspaper and the CAND public and finds solutions to improve the management of the quality and effectiveness of information and propaganda activities of CAND Newspaper to meet the requirements of the reader group.
The research results show that the awareness of usefulness of officers and soldiers in the People's Public Security force is a significant premise for them to access and update news on the electronic People's Public Security newspaper.
The findings also imply that CAND Newspaper administrators have the potential to improve their public-centric operations by refining content quality, improving their infrastructure systems, increasing regular interactions with the public, and personalizing news recommendation systems.
From the above findings, the study proposes 5 groups of solutions to help improve and further enhance the capacity to manage the relationship between the newsroom and the public in the industry, including: planning production organization, improving the infrastructure system, refining content quality, maintaining interaction with the public, and applying technology in personalizing news.
The study also found that the first problem for CAND Newspaper is not how to compete with other news platforms or social networks to coexist, but to find an effective strategy to maintain the habit of updating news and further enhance the usefulness of the newspaper to the public group of officers and soldiers in its force.

11. Summary of the findings of the thesis:
From the sociology of mass media perspective, this research has adapted key measures from the “technology acceptance model” (TAM) and from the “uses and gratifications theory” (UGT) to better understand the relationship between the Public Security Newspaper and its public audience, at the same time suggesting potential solutions to improve the management of the relationship based on audience's satisfaction.
Findings found that the individuals' perceived usefulness were significant antecedents of their intentions to access and keep up-to-date with the e-CAND Newspaper.
Findings also imply that the CAND Newspaper Board of Directors will improve their audience-centered operations by improving content quality and infrastructure systems, at the same time strengthening reader interaction via different platforms, and applying news personalization to keep readers engaged.
However, the findings suggest that, rather than trying to compete other news platforms or social networks for coexistence, the CAND Newspaper should seek for an effective strategy to maintain the satisfaction of its public security audience while enhancing the usefulness of the newspaper toward this audience group.
12. Practical applicability, if any: Using audience's satisfaction and ease of use as a news standard on digital platforms
13. Further research directions, if any: Trends in receiving and consuming news of the specialized audience in the context of digital journalism - digital media.
