10. Summary of the thesis results:
Based on theoretical and practical research on some personality traits and feelings of happiness among students at the University of Economics and Technology, this study focuses on describing the current situation and analyzing factors influencing envy, gratitude, and feelings of happiness among students. We found that when students are satisfied with their lives and have a high level of gratitude for what they receive and the events they experience, they feel happier and more joyful. Conversely, high levels of envy and a lack of gratitude have an inverse relationship with feelings of happiness. In general, independence and sociability have a positive relationship with feelings of happiness, while traits such as emotional instability, extroversion, and a willingness to experience new things do not have a significant relationship with their feelings of happiness. Through these conclusions, the study aims to propose solutions for developing personality traits that can contribute to enhancing feelings of happiness.
11. Practical applications:
Currently, research on envy, gratitude, and the perception of happiness is relatively new. This topic is significant in building a theoretical foundation related to personality traits and the perception of happiness. This thesis contributes to supplementing the theoretical and practical literature on the topic and can serve as a reference for researchers and teachers in understanding and developing solutions to improve self-awareness and cultivate personality traits that are beneficial to happiness.
12. Future research directions:
If conditions and time permit, we will expand the scope of the research to further clarify the relationship between factors such as envy, gratitude, and students' feelings of happiness and the reality of personality traits related to feelings of happiness. Simultaneously, we will verify the reliability, validity, and overall adaptability of the scale within the Vietnamese cultural context.

Based on theoretical and practical studies on personality traits and subject well-being of students of the University of Economics and Technology, the study describes personality traits of the students, analyzing the factors affecting jealousy, gratitude and subjective well-being of the students. The results show that the greater satisfaction of students with their lives and the greater gratitude with experience they received in life, the happier they feel. On the contrary, jealousy and ungratefulness negatively correlate with subject well-being. In terms of personality traits, independent and sociability trait positively correlates with subject well – being, meanwhile there is not a relationship between emotional instability, extroversion, open to experience and subject well – being. From the research results, the thesis proposes some solutions to develop personality traits that can contribute to improve subject well - being of students.
